Our Services. Wall's Fabrication delivers MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Stick Welding, Welding Repairs, Metal Fabrication. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Wall's Fabrication may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wall's Fabrication makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Wall's Fabrication is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Wall's Fabrication from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by RI law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in RI for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
